These terms cover Clara Jobs by EHP Careers, at ehp.careers and portal.ehp.careers, a free job search program run by Ember House Project ("we", "us"), a Toronto-area community charity. By creating an account or using Clara Jobs, you agree to these terms.
Clara scans job boards across the GTA, matches postings to your profile, and drafts applications for you to review. Clara never sends an application on her own. When you approve a draft, you are the one sending it, from your own email address, and you are responsible for its content and for anything that happens as a result. Read every draft before you approve it.
Clara Jobs is a tool to help your search go faster and further. It doesn't guarantee an interview, an offer, or any particular outcome, and we make no promises about how many matches you'll get or how any employer will respond.
You're connecting an email account you own or are authorized to use for job applications. Don't connect a mailbox that belongs to someone else without their permission. You can disconnect it at any time from your account page, which removes our access immediately.
By connecting a phone number you agree to receive Clara's daily job digest and related messages, roughly one message a day plus any replies in a conversation. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Don't use Clara Jobs to submit false information, impersonate someone else, harass an employer, spam job boards, or attempt to interfere with the service. We can suspend or close an account that's used this way.
Clara Jobs is a job search tool, not a crisis or emergency service. If you're in danger, call 911. If you're thinking about ending your life or can't keep yourself safe, call or text 988, any time.
Clara Jobs is provided as-is, without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for damages arising from your use of the service, including the content of a drafted application you chose to send. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under Canadian law.
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use Clara Jobs after a change means you accept it.
